Racking is not one product but a family of systems. The right choice depends on how many SKUs you hold, how many pallets per SKU, and what trucks you run.
Selective pallet racking
Every pallet directly accessible. Best for many SKUs with few pallets each. Works with any forklift; aisle width sets density.
Double deep racking
Two pallets deep, accessed with a reach truck fitted with a telescopic fork. Roughly 30% more density than selective, with some loss of direct access.
Drive-in racking
Forklifts drive into lanes several pallets deep. Very high density for a few SKUs with many pallets — cold stores, beverages, FMCG.
Movable (mobile) racking
Racks on motorised bases open one aisle at a time — up to 85% more storage in the same area. Popular in cold storage where space is very costly.
Radio shuttle
A battery shuttle carries pallets deep into lanes; the forklift only loads the lane entrance. Semi-automated density with FIFO or LIFO options.
Mezzanine floors
Add a whole new floor for storage, picking or offices above existing operations.
Our approach
Site survey → CAD layout → load calculation → supply → installation. Every design considers your forklift turning radius, floor loading and seismic requirements.
